Advantage: Financial savings for buying one ticket instead of several.

For daily commuting in the Banskobystrica region, there is the possibility of purchasing  multi-day (two-way) travel tickets or a subscription travel ticket. . After purchasing these tickets, it is not necessary to pay for each ride separately with cash or credit in the electronic wallet. I can buy a travel ticket in the IDS BBSK application (under preparation), the IDS BBSK e-shop or at the IDS BBSK customer centers. Multi-day travel tickets offer significant financial savings compared to the sum of prices paid for individual tickets purchased each day for a round trip.

Recommended travel ticket: one-time travel ticket

Where can I buy a ticket: on a BBSK suburban bus (for cash or non-cash), or via a transport card

Advantage: I have one identifier, through which I buy a travel ticket.

I can find out the price of the fare from my starting zone to the destination zone from thetariff maps or the overview table (soon) published on the website.

I tell the bus driver the destination of my trip (destination stop or zone) when boarding. It is also possible to use contactless payment methods for one-time tickets, such as payment ATM card or IDS card, through the so-called electronic wallet. The chip card must have enough loaded credit (at least the amount of the required ticket) before purchasing a ticket. The selected amount of money can be topped up in the IDS BBSK application (under preparation), the IDS BBSK e-shop and at the IDS BBSK customer centers. The lowest possible top-up amount is EUR 5.

Advantage: I can buy a ticket through the e-shop or an application (we are preparing) from the comfort of my home.

Only connections included in the IDS BBSK, which have their route through the territory of several integrated systems (regions), can enable passengers to use ticket identifiers, such as IDS card (in areas where IDS territories overlap or touch each other, e.g. when you live in a peripheral part of the BBSK and commute to work outside the BBSK territory).

Recommended travel ticket: network travel ticket

Where can I buy a ticket: IDS BBSK application (under preparation), IDS BBSK e-shop, IDS BBSK customer centers

Advantage: Applies to all tariff zones and all carriers within the IDS BBSK.

The IDS BBSK  network travel ticket  is valid on all connections connected to the IDS BBSK, namely on the given calendar day for which it is purchased (it does not matter if it is a working day) and is valid for all tariff zones in the IDS BBSK. It can also be purchased for a longer period of time in the IDS BBSK application (we are preparing), the IDS BBSK e-shop and the IDS BBSK customer center. The prices of one-day network tickets are listed in the IDS BBSK travel price list (coming soon).

Recommended travel ticket: transfer ticket

Where can I buy a ticket: on a BBSK suburban bus (for cash or cashless), via a transport card, the IDS BBSK application (under preparation), the IDS BBSK e-shop, IDS BBSK customer centers

Advantage: Financial savings in zone-relational travel compared to tariff travel, I buy the ticket once and do not have to buy it again in the next zone or when transferring.

If you are traveling a shorter distance on the given day and it is not worth buying a network ticket for this case, you can buy an ordinary ticket directly to the destination of your journey from the driver when you get on the first bus, in the IDS BBSK application (under preparation), e-shop IDS BBSK and IDS BBSK customer center. It does not matter whether the connection you have chosen goes all the way to the destination stop or zone. With the purchased ticket, you can transfer unlimitedly within the permitted journey and time validity defined in the IDS BBSK Tariff.
