Ways of purchasing travel tickets

Organizator IDS BBSK, a.s. from 1 January 2024, it introduces new types of travel tickets. Different sales channels will be available for passengers.

The purchase of a travel ticket has the following advantages from 1 January 2024:

• shopping from the comfort of home,
• accelerated equipment for the bus driver,
• a more favorable ticket price when paying with an ATM card, using a transport card or using another NFC-based device.

Traveling will change from the purchase of a one-time ticket for each transfer in suburban bus transport to the purchase of one transfer ticket at the beginning of the journey with new payment options.

Organizator IDS BBSK, a.s. operates the following sales channels for purchasing a travel ticket:

The IDS BBSK mobile application (in preparation) is the basic customer tool of the IDS BBSK for travelers to find a route and buy a ticket. (being prepared during 2024)

The IDS BBSK customer center serves as the passenger’s first point of contact with the IDS BBSK. It is a brick-and-mortar store used for sales and information for passengers.

At the customer center, you can buy a ticket and top up your credit in two ways:

• in cash (banknotes, coins),
• by payment card (VISA, Mastercard).
